How to share your calendar
To give someone else access to your own calendar, from Google Calendar (https://calendar.google.com/calendar/render) hover the mouse pointer over your name and click the arrow that appears next to it. From the menu displayed click on Calendar settings.
You can then click on the "Share This Calendar" Tab and enter the name or email address of the person you wish to have access. There are three Permission levels:
Make Changes and Manage Sharing - Full control over your calendar including the ability to share it with other people
Make changes to events - Full access and change ability on your calendar including creation and deletion of events.
See all event details - Read only access
Free/Busy Information Only - Only see when calendar events are but not any other details.
Once a permission setting is selected, click Add Person to add that person to your calendar.
